Nowadays, however Perivale is a residential suburb of West London with an Industrial estate comprising of numerous buildings built in the 1930s. Much of the residential property was built by the major 1930's property developer, Percy Bilton, after which the longest road Bilton Road (running from North Horsenden Lane to Manor Farm Road) was named.

| There are hardly any pubs in Perivale, and most residential properties have restrictive covenants in the title deeds such that alcohol may not be sold. However, the nearest pub The Ballot Box (Northern side of Horsenden Hill) on Horsenden Lane North is not far away. |
| Horsenden Hill is an unexpected swathe of countryside in West London suburbia complete with fields, hedges and woodlands. On a clear day, the top of Horsenden Hill provides a stunning panorama of the surrounding areas. |
